V-Belt Transfer
Conveyor designed to move & transfer rugs
Designed and built many specials for moving a wide variety of goods and products, this extended V-belt type transfer uses nine strands of V-belts to move rugs.
The unit consists of two extended type transfers, butted together to
provide a 72 inch gap between conveyors. When a rug moves onto the
transfer via the Model "ACC" live-roller section of the unit, the
transfer "pops up" and moves the rug across the 72 inch section to the
other unit. The V-belt drops down and the rug is then moved to a rolling
machine. The unit has been designed to cycle twice a minute.
The "ACC" section is 42 in. wide.
