Cisco-Eagle’s Response to COVID-19
We're here to support you
In response to the developing COVID-19 situation, we wanted to share our response. Cisco-Eagle is open for business and working to meet your needs. And we’re doing everything we can to ensure the safety of our employee-owners, customers and business partners.
Cisco-Eagle is committed to serving our customers, and realize this is a difficult and uncertain time. Our primary concern is safety–yours and ours–so we’re taking precautions that ensure we are compliant with the recommendations laid out by the Centers for Disease Control.
- If an in-person visit is required, we’ll do so in the safest possible manner and comply with any precautions you have in place, as we have always done. Whether we are installing, measuring, doing service work, or site visits, we will safely take care of your business. If we don’t need to be present, we will not be, but we realize some tasks cannot be done remotely.
- We have developed standards to ensure our people are trained and equipped properly — in the office, at home or when necessary, working at client facilities.
- We can work remotely when plant visits aren’t possible or necessary (we have been doing this for some time, so the infrastructure is in place).
- We have web conferencing, mobile and other technology that allows us to do much of the necessary work without in-person visits.
The supply chain is critical for many companies who serve basic needs during the pandemic, and we will support our customers and partners who must execute this work. Since we provide services for that supply chain, we will work hard and in partnership to ensure safety during those operations.
We’re here to help any way we can. We will be updating our policies as there are any changes to CDC guidelines. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.
