These are employee-owners <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cisco-eagle.com\/vector\/411\/about-us\">who embody our core values<\/a>&#8211;the principles we aspire to. Those values were established over thirty years ago and remain unchanged since. &#8220;They are universal and timeless,&#8221; said CEO Darein Gandall. Our founder, Warren Gandall, has often said that he wants to treat his suppliers, customers and employees the way he wants to be treated.<\/p>\n<p>Our values reflect that vision, and so do the 2025 winners of these awards.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h4>What are our core values?<\/h4>\n<p>These values are restated at the start of our meetings, huddles and training sessions. Evan joined the company in 2016 and has consistently lived by this belief in his dealings with other employees, customers and vendors. He became an employee-owner in 2023 and has pursued process definitions and improvements in his role. They never settle for \u201cgood enough.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Their dedication to excellence inspires others, drives results, empowers their co-workers and contributes meaningfully to our long-term success.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Dale Mize<\/strong> joined Cisco-Eagle in 2023 as Warehouse Manager.
