Tina Brooks has been named Director of Inside Sales, according to Bryan Gauger, President of Cisco-Eagle<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Brooks was previously in a Customer Care and Inside Sales role in the Oklahoma City office. An employee-owner since 2012, she brings vast knowledge and experience, helping with order entry, assisting sales associates, and working directly with customers to help them select equipment and complete orders. Her commitment to service has helped thousands of customers during her tenure.<\/p>\n

“When it comes to running this department,” said Gauger, “Tina is a superb choice. People love working with her because she’s so attentive to details and focused on their needs. She cares deeply that her fellow employees and customers get the best from her. She’s always willing to jump in and help people get work done, no matter who asks.”<\/p>\n

A relentless advocate for customers and service<\/h4>\n

Brooks is an enthusiastic participant in Cisco-Eagle’s culture, which defines itself by employee ownership, dedication to customers, and service to fellow employee-owners. She has been a member of our ESOP Advisory Committee, customer satisfaction team, and participates in Cisco-Eagle’s financial huddles, all while ensuring that customers are taken care of promptly and efficiently.<\/p>\n

Brooks was Cisco-Eagle’s Employee-Owner of the Year in 2016.<\/p>\n

She consistently provides outstanding customer service while maximizing company resources. She fills gaps when needed, helping people across the company execute orders, projects, events. She’s described by her colleagues as relentlessly organized and always thinking of ways to improve. She contributes to process improvements across the company. Her new role will let her have even more positive impact.<\/p>\n
