Now there's a dome mirror that warns you with 3 bright LED "caution" messages and directional arrows, as well as giving you an image of approaching traffic in the mirror. This 36" diameter dome mirror is equipped with 3 micro sensors that detect industrial vehicles moving toward the sensor. The sensor triggers LED signs that can be seen up to 80 ft. away. Detection range is from 15 ft. to 65 ft. from the sensor. Does not trigger or detect on pedestrians, nor objects moving away from the sensor. Detection system is set up to detect only those objects moving toward the sensor. This keeps the caution message from triggering when there is no danger of collision.
System detects forklifts, scooters, golf carts, Cushmans, etc. but does not detect pedestrians.
System triggers alerts at right angles to detection zone and displays an arrow pointing toward the direction of the approaching vehicle.
Microwave sensors do not affect pacemakers or defibrillators. Safe to use around humans.
Includes AC adapter (16.5V AC, plug-in), but does not include cord from adapter to power terminal on the detection unit. Must be installed within 100' of mirror using user supplied 18-gauge 2-conductor wire.
Custom options available: strobe lights, audible alarm, LED exterior lights, electric piezo sounder and additional sensors.
