Skid mounted mobile tie-off systems provide an overhead tie-off point that can be relocated by a large forklift from work station to work station, indoors or outdoors. Twelve foot arms extend the 20' anchor track out so that a single worker has sufficient room to navigate the work area. The enclosed, single track design prevents any contaminants from building up and allows the specially designed anchor trolley to glide along with the worker. With the trolley free to move with the worker, the tie-off point stays directly overhead and reduces the risk of fall swing hazards. In the event of a fall, hardened alloy steel cones in the anchor trolley engage and act as a hands-free braking system virtually eliminating post-fall drift and increasing the chances for self-rescue. Manual leveling jack plates help to ensure that the anchor track is level to further reduce the risk of post-fall drift.
This product meets or exceeds OSHA requirements 1910 and 1926 as well as ANSI Z359 regulations when used properly.
Self Retracting Lanyard

Self Retracting Lanyards are durable, yet lightweight to connect worker-worn harnesses to a fixed tie off point to help prevent injury in case of a fall while working at height. The galvanized tie-off cable unwinds and retracts as the worker moves, but if the worker falls the abrupt pull on the lanyard engages the slip-braking and will arrest the fall.

Fall Protection Harness

Full-body fall protection harnesses with a maximum capacity of 310 pounds help to keep workers safe in the event of a fall from height. Quick connect buckles allow for the straps of the harness to be fastened and adjusted easily for the best possible fit for the chest and legs, while the waistband strap utilizes a grommeted strap for a more secure fit. A single D-ring on the back of the harness attaches to a fall protection lanyard to arrest the fall.
