A heavy duty pneumatic scissor lift can position work close to your workers rather than have them bend, walk, stretch, or stoop to reach things. Because workers aren't as fatigued they are less likely to make mistakes that cost time, damage products, or result in injuries. The lift uses shop air rather than electricity or hydraulics to raise and lower the load, so it requires less maintenance than conventional lifts.

Benefits

Pneumatic lift tables position work at the exact right height for the job, making it easier for workers to transfer loads without stretching or straining. Lifts improve efficiency in manufacturing, machining, shop, and assembly operations. Place them next to conveyors to allow workers to load and unload quickly, or use at a workstation for heavy parts transfer. Because the lift uses air rather than electricity and hydraulics to move the load, it requires less maintenance. It also reduces the potential for sparks due to electrical components (a hazard in some work areas).

Requirements

This heavy duty lift uses shop air and requires 80 psi @ 15 cfm.

Operation

The lift has standard pedestal control, which allows easy lowering and raising. The control pedestal is connected to the lift via an air hose at the factory.

To lift the unit, activate the hand control valve to the "up" position and hold until the lift expands to desired height or its maximum height. The lift remains in position automatically.

To lower, switch the hand control to "down" until it reaches desired height, then release the valve.

Load the lift only from fully lowered position. Never load it when it's in motion. Load in the center of the table and never exceed listed weight capacity.
