This load leveler helps position pallets at an ideal working height for faster and safer loading and unloading. Gradually lower the pallet as you load it to keep the top layer within reach, or raise the pallet after unloading each layer to minimize bending and lifting. Since the platform lowers down to the floor, you can use a hand pallet truck to deliver or remove pallets. Narrow side panels let you get closer to the pallet for better access.

Description

Working with pallets and hand powered pallet jacks has never been easier. This leveler's platform lowers all the way down to floor level, allowing you to roll a hand powered jack right onto it for dropping off and picking up pallets. Not only that, the entire leveler can be transported with a pallet jack, so you can use it anywhere it's needed in your facility.

The leveler includes a number of features to make loading and unloading pallets faster and safer. Standard foot controls raise and lower the leveler, freeing up workers' hands. Side panels minimize workers' exposure to moving parts and pinch points but are narrow enough to keep workers from having to stretch in order to reach the pallet. A photoelectric toe guard prevents crush injuries; if the circuit is interrupted, the platform won't lower onto a worker's foot.
