This aluminum guard booth can be used in numerous locations for security, controlled access, information, ticketing, and more. It is delivered to the job site fully assembled; simply install on a concrete pad, bring electric to the pre-wired system, and go to work. The non-weld, mechanically fastened construction allows for the quick and easy replacement of any damaged building components. Includes two sliding doors with handles and locks, tempered safety glass windows, interior shelf, and forklift pockets for placement or relocation. Optional through-wall HVAC system may be added.

PortaKing guard booths ship fully assembled and completely pre-wired. Off-load the building at the job site, set and anchor the building onto a concrete pad, supply power to the pre-wired breaker box, and you're ready for operation. Permits, off-loading, anchoring, and electrical hook-up not included.

Installation Suggestions:
- Pour concrete island minimum 4" deep. The island should be at least 12" wider than the roofline dimensions, allowing a 6" concrete border to extend past each side of the building roofline. Level the pad and install a bollard at each corner to protect the building from vehicular damage
- Provide three-wire 240v/110v single-phase service to the concrete island. Floor plan drawing illustrates the proper "stub-up" location
- Buildings arrive via flatbed truck. Off-load with either a forklift truck (fork extensions may be required) or overhead crane. If using an overhead crane, be sure to use "spreader bars" to prevent the building fascia/roof from being damaged by the sling or straps. Square the building on the pad and anchor.
- The recommended concrete anchor is 1/2" x 4" galvanized or stainless steel. However, if local codes are more stringent, you must comply with them.
- Make final electrical connections and clean the work area.
It is the customer's responsibility to verify that these "suggestions" comply with local or state codes.
