Receptionist for Our Dallas, TX, Office

Responsibilities

• Greets and directs corporate office callers by answering telephone calls from customers, determining nature of business, and directing callers to appropriate destination.
• Welcomes and signs in all visitors to the corporate office.
• Receives and distributes mail.
• Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with established policies and procedures.
• Assists with special projects and additional duties as assigned.

Requirements, Desired Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Outstanding people skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Professional, dependable and punctual
• Minimum five (5) years reception experience
• Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Dynamics CRM a plus)
• High School or equivalent
