Position: Customer Service Associate, Little Rock, AR
The candidate will work collaboratively with our customers, vendors, and sales associates. Activities include managing customer information, inquiries (telephone, fax, email), lead management and routing, basic proposal preparation, order entry, and subsequent order tracking.
Our primary incoming Little Rock phone line is answered by the Customer Service Associate, who becomes our voice to Cisco-Eagle’s customer base. Must be an effective verbal communicator with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Potentially engage in all aspects of an order’s life cycle, including but not limited to, lead development, quotation, order entry, customer acknowledgements and post-sale activities (purchase orders, change orders, cancellations, and freight issues). Most of these activities are in collaboration or support of the outside sales team.
Oversee day to day operations of the Little Rock facility.
Become proficient in the use of our primary software applications; Microsoft CRM and Microsoft Dynamics SL (our enterprise application).
Work within a continuous improvement, collaborative environment to achieve individual, team, and corporate goals.
