What is Cisco-Eagle's return policy?
Materials, goods, equipment, or products purchased from Cisco-Eagle (the “Products”) will be accepted when returned by the original purchaser of the Product (the “Customer”) subject to the following terms and conditions:
1: Eligibility
- a. Cisco-Eagle will only accept a return by Customer of Products that are either (i) unused, in a resalable condition, and in original packaging or (ii) defective and in-warranty.
- b. Products must be returned within [90] days of the date of invoice unless the Product is defective and in-warranty. Warranty claims may be made at any time during the applicable warranty period.
2: Returns process
- All returns require preapproval and a written return authorization from Cisco-Eagle prior to shipment.
- Products must be shipped with the written return authorization included.
- Customer must prepay shipping costs and bears the risk of loss or damage during transit.
- If a Product returned by Customer is defective and in-warranty, Cisco-Eagle will reimburse or credit the shipping costs prepaid by Customer for returning such Product, subject to inspection and confirmation of defect.
- Any returns shipped “collect” (with shipping charges billed to the recipient) will be refused and returned at Customer’s expense unless pre-approved by Cisco-Eagle.
- If required by the vendor or manufacturer, a restocking fee will apply to the return. Customer will be informed of any applicable restocking fees incurred.
- All returns are subject to any fees and restrictions imposed by the Product vendor or manufacturer.
3: Exclusions and limitations
- Return approval is subject to vendor policies and supply chain constraints.
- Products that are built-to-order, special-order assemble-to-order, make-to-order, or in any way customized, are not eligible for return.
- If, upon inspection, Cisco-Eagle determines that the Product is not suitable for resale or the original vendor or manufacturer is unwilling to accept the return, Customer will be provided the option to have the Product disposed of, or have it returned to Customer with no refund or credit issued. This exclusion does not apply to defective products that are in-warranty.
Where do I get a return authorization?
Send an email to 24hours@cisco-eagle.com. Indicate your order number and reason for the return request. Cisco-Eagle will process the request and contact you with the appropriate information as soon as possible.
What is Cisco-Eagle's order cancellation policy?
Cancellations can be made in writing prior to item shipment. You can fax your cancellation notice to 972-406-9577 or email it to 24hours@cisco-eagle.com. Please include your order number (if you have it), your name, and telephone number. Cisco-Eagle will contact you to confirm the cancellation. For some products, cancellation may involve restock or other applicable fees. When you place your order, please inquire as to the cancellation policy for that particular product.
