When it's time to expand upward to keep up with your company's growth, these machines offer powerful, adaptable vertical movement that works with your existing conveyor system, helping you meet your productivity goals. Highly versatile and taking up minimal floor space, each model can be fitted with the infeed and outfeed points that meet your needs and can also function as a vertical sorter or cross transfer. Enclosed drive systems, steel construction and reliable components make them durable, long-lasting assets.
Types of movement
Reciprocating
Reciprocating, or discontinuous, models move a carrier up and down with a stop between changes of direction. Multiple outfeed points can be added to place the material onto designated pickup points.
Continuous
The continuous model moves carriers along a circular track without stopping. In this system, multiple carriers offer not just extraordinary throughput, but also adaptability, including C-lift and Z-lift configurations and an optional reject function.
Space savings
Vertical movement—efficiently moving product between levels—is a critical part of vertical expansion. One of the advantages of these lifts is their footprint. They take up a relatively tiny amount of floor space compared to a spiral or incline conveyor. If you don't have much space to spare, these models make a good choice, and their adaptability means they can blend easily into your existing conveyor system.
