"When you load a pallet flow rack, enter the lane about 3" above the rollers. Don't "launch" the pallet - just tilt the forks and let gravity roll it away. Line the middle pallet stringer with the center rail, or with entry guides if you have them. Be sure the forklift is square to the load-side opening. You should also trim any loose stretchwrap to prevent hang-ups and tangles."

Full roller pallet flow is by far the most versatile solution when you may have different pallet sizes or types in the same row. Most traditional pallet flow solutions are designed to use specific pallet types. Using full width rollers will ensure that whether your product arrives on traditional, plastic, or GMA pallets, you can load them in without having to transfer the product to a specific pallet - saving you time, materials and labor.
Full rollers can be adapted to fit any manufacturer or style of pallet rack and can be customized for low profile or extra heavy duty capacities. Of course, whether you already have existing rack in place or you're starting from scratch, we can help design and deliver the right pallet flow solution for you.
Ideal for heavy loads, split roller rack uses smaller widths of rollers which increases their capacity. And just like the full roller counterpart, the split roller design can be just as flexible in the types of pallets that can be used. Outside rollers accommodate for various pallet widths while a third track down the middle can provide for extra support and capacity if needed.
Split roller tracks can be as wide or as narrow as needed to help with tracking as pallets move forward. Additional accessories such as speed controllers, guides and stops can also help round out your complete pallet flow system.
Both full roller and split roller flow tracks can floor mounted as well. This is especially useful if you don't need to go vertical in your operation but still need the guarantee of using first in, first out storage and picking rotation. No matter which solution you go with, all roller options have:
