Pallet flow guides are installed on the entry side of the flow rack (or floor mounted rails) to ensure a proper loading position. Not only does this allow for correct tracking as the pallet moves down the flow tracks, but the the guide also serves as a visual aid to speed up the loading process by the worker.
Guides are custom made to fit your application and can have a variety of mounting options, materials, and sizes depending on the loads that are typically used in that lane.
We offer a comprehensive variety of mounting brackets in order to ensure that our track can be installed on your existing pallet rack system. Whether you're using roll-formed or structural beams, we can customize a number of mounting options specific to your beam style and size. Given your beam and pallet specifications, our engineering team can design the right bracket to turn your static pallet storage into a first in first out pallet flow system.
Ramp stops, or end stops, ensure that pallets do not hang over the beam, or worse, fall off the front side of the rack. Pallets must be slowed safely before coming to a stop or risk product falling off the pallet due to momentum. This is the benefit of a ramp stop - the slight incline of the ramp brings the pallet to a slow and safe stop at the front of the pick face.
Ramp stops are made from heavy-duty 8 gauge steel and are very durable. If one does ever need to be replaced, the bolt-on design allows for a quick swap. Ramp stops are powder coated safety yellow and are perfect for wash-down or food & beverage applications.
While push-assisted flow rack can be lag bolted directly to the floor, gravity-fed flow rack needs to have a slight incline - that's where our heavy-duty floor supports come in. Given the pallet type and load information, our engineers will design the exact heights and materials for your supports, ensuring a safe and constant speed as pallets flow down into position. We offer a variety of styles which can be found on our floor support specifications sheet.
