Get QuoteThe twist grip control on the JumboErgo works like a motorcycle throttle, so your workers can lift, lower and release loads gently and precisely. This makes it ideal for lifting the kind of bulky items that might otherwise require multiple people, such as large cases or sheet materials. This model offers a capacity on the high end of the spectrum, with a head style that accommodates large products and allows operators to maintain a safe distance from what they're lifting.

- Standard system includes direct drive vacuum blower, heavy-duty dust filter, motor starter, 50' suction hose, lift unit with cover, rigid handlebar extension and double vacuum head
- 7"dia. vacuum lift tube with protective cover
- Non-return safety valve keeps the vacuum activated in case of a power outage, so the user has a chance to release the load safely and avoid breakage or injury

- Swivel and rotation to maneuver product ergonomically
- Noise control
- An adjustable handle to accommodate a higher stacking height
- An energy-saving radio remote control to switch off the vacuum generator when not in use
Various vacuum grippers available to handle a variety of loads
The JumboErgo comes standard with a double vacuum head, but various other end effectors are available, and you can specify a JumboErgo with a quick-change adapter so you can accommodate different products over the course of a shift. Contact us for custom options if you don't see what you need here.
The single gripper handles compact loads like cartons and buckets
The double gripper includes two adjustable suction points; it's useful for boxes, sheets or other regularly shaped loads
The long single gripper works on any narrow surface, such as a pallet plank or a narrow carton
The area gripper with adjustable grips works on any surface that won't completely meet the suction face, such as a planked workpiece or a pallet
The round gripper works on round pieces like barrels or buckets, or on products with uneven surfaces
The sack gripper lifts baled items, bags in paper or plastic or shrink-wrapped product (shown here with JumboSprint)
The quadruple gripper handles large boxes, sheet materials and non-rigid products; you can adjust the suction points in either direction
