JumboFlex Vacuum Tube Lifters

With a simple trigger control, the JumboFlex model allows employees to maneuver lighter-weight products single-handedly. It also allows them to rotate products 360° horizontally (locking in place every 90°) and rotate them 90° vertically when picked up from the side. This flexibility allows for high throughput while protecting employees from unsafe practices or injuries from repetitive lifting.

• System includes: oil-free rotary vane vacuum pump, heavy-duty dust filter, motor starter, 50' of suction hose, lift unit with cover, and double vacuum head with 15-3/4" beam length
• Standard quick-change function to change out the gripper to accommodate different products
• 3.9"dia. vacuum lift tube includes a non-return safety valve that keeps the vacuum going in case of a power outage, allowing the user to safely drop the load
• Protective motor switch with 2-1/2 to 4 amp adjustable rating

Additional options include:

• Radio remote control to allow a user to turn off the motor from the operating handle to conserve energy
• Silencer box to reduce noise
• Storage rack to protect vacuum grippers when not in use
• Different release options to complement different users and operations, including two-hand release, easy release and quick release
