HSS Heavy Duty Parcel Belt Conveyors

If your loads are heavier or bulkier than normal, HSS models feature wide beds and a robust drive system to accommodate heavy-duty operations. They feature heavy-gauge frames and bolted construction and heavy-weight, low-stretch belts for durability. Choose the HSS for singulated product flow or the HSSD for semi-bulk applications. Inclines are available.

• Bed: 3-1/2"D painted 10ga. or 12 ga. formed steel slider bed
• Drive Pulley: 8-5/8" dia. lagged pulley with through-shaft design
• Bed Widths: 37", 43" or 49" (61-1/2" available in the HSSD)
• Center Drive: 15-1/2" minimum elevation
• Capacity: 100 lbs per linear foot for the HSS, 50 lbs per linear foot for the HSSD
