Machine-mounted Roll-up Guards

Roll-up guards keep workers from getting hands, feet or clothing caught in pinch points or shear points. They also enclose any potential debris or parts, keeping them from striking someone nearby. These models attach directly to the machinery, which satisfies the OSHA requirement that guarding should attach to equipment as often as possible.

We work with Akon to provide custom-created guarding, taking into account the equipment, conditions, environment and cycle rate to make sure you get the model that will work for you. Mounting legs are included and removable, and roller springs are designed for harsh industrial conditions.

Standard duty

More economical than heavier duty models, standard models are the perfect solution for machinery that doesn't cycle constantly or at a high speed.

Heavy duty

Suitable for OEMs and manufacturing plants, the heavy duty series can handle heavier cycle rates and higher extension speeds.

Super duty

Designed to guard machinery that cycles frequently and at high speeds, super duty models are suitable for robotic work cells that cycle constantly.
