Reinforced Rubber
A rubber compound provides elasticity to deflect impacts, while a U-shaped steel insert provides extra strength. Can tolerate multiple strikes without sustaining damage.
Shock Absorbing
Shock Absorbing Rack Post Protectors are anchored in the concrete and utilize rubber dampers to protect the rack upright as well as the floor it is anchored to. Come in 10" & 16" heights as well as an extra-wide version for larger uprights
Bolt-Down
Bolt- Down solid steel rack protectors cover the base of the upright and are anchored in the concrete. Has a durable powder coat finish in yellow or orange.
Rivet Mounted
The 4 Rivet snap-on connection makes installation simple and easy at any level of the upright allowing for protection at every bay level. Adjustable in 2" increments.
Strap-to-Frame Cushions
Mounts directly to the rack upright via straps without the need for any tools. Exceeds European FEM standards for collision protection and can take multiple impacts lowering replacement costs.
Snap-On
Snap-on Column Guards fit around 3" uprights and can be stacked to provide more protection. Installation is quick and easy at any bay level with no tools required. Includes bolt and hand-tightened wingnut for more secure attachment. Sold in cartons of 24 guards.
Outrigger
Low-profile outrigger post protectors stand 4"H and bolt to the floor with a single mounting hole behind the face. Available in 1/4" or 3/8" steel with a 3-1/4" or 5-1/2" post clearance.
Bull-Nose Bolt-On
This model bolts directly to the upright and features a bull nose at the base for added strength.
Bolt-to-Frame
A V-face design helps deflect impact. Available in 12" or 24"H, these steel protectors bolt directly to upright at sides.
Closed-Top Bolt-to-Frame
Bolts to the side of the upright to add strength to the frame, while a V-face deflects impact. The closed top keeps out dust and debris, making it suitable for food applications.
