Hydraulic power vertical lifts are ideal for a range of mezzanine, balcony, or through-floor applications. They're shipped in bolt-together sections for easy installation, and can be bolted to the floor (or a pit) for level transfer service. These systems utilize dual hydraulic cylinders - no chains or cables to deal with. The load/unload sides can be situated to face a number of directions. They conform to ASME B20.1 Safety Standards. Suitable for indoor or outdoor use. Optional hot-dipped galvanized or epoxy finish; available for outdoor, chemical, caustic wash-down, or explosion proof environments.
This is a straddle style lift. This design places the carriage between the guide beams and applies the load forces in the vertical direction along the length of the guide beams. This design allows for greater lifting capacities, larger platform sizes, and the ability to handle higher rollover forces created during loading and unloading.
This is a cantilever style lift, which places the load carrying carriage mounted in front of the mast or guide beams. This design allows access to three sides of the platform for loading and unloading. Cantilever VRCs may require masts to be tied in to the building structure at the upper level and/or at intermediate levels to prevent platform sway.
