Get QuoteHydraulic power vertical lifts are ideal for a range of mezzanine, balcony, or through-floor applications. They're shipped in bolt-together sections for easy installation, and can be bolted to the floor (or a pit) for level transfer service. These systems utilize dual hydraulic cylinders - no chains or cables to deal with. The load/unload sides can be situated to face a number of directions. They conform to ASME B20.1 Safety Standards. Suitable for indoor or outdoor use. Optional hot-dipped galvanized or epoxy finish; available for outdoor, chemical, caustic wash-down, or explosion proof environments.

Series 21 straddle-style VRC
This is a straddle style lift. This design places the carriage between the guide beams and applies the load forces in the vertical direction along the length of the guide beams. This design allows for greater lifting capacities, larger platform sizes, and the ability to handle higher rollover forces created during loading and unloading.
- Lifting capacity: up to 6,000 pounds
- Carriage size range up to 12' x 10' with a vertical rise of up to 21 feet. Travel speed: 24 feet per minute, with 35 FPM on special order. Carriage is lifted and lowered by two hydraulic cylinders mounted on 6" guide columns
- Torsion bar links the two hydraulic cylinders to equalize the load and ensure the carriage remains level at all times regardless of load placement
- Velocity fuses prevent uncontrolled descent in the event of hose rupture. Pressure switch prevents the carriage from drifting or sinking to ensure smoother, safer loading and unloading operations
- Pressure-compensated control valve regulates flow of hydraulic oil to ensure smooth, constant lowering speed under any load
- Quick-connect cabling for push-button stations and gate interlocks are optional. This significantly reduces field-wiring costs
- Patented DeckLock Safety System available for added security at critical upper levels
Series D cantilever style vertical conveyors
This is a cantilever style lift, which places the load carrying carriage mounted in front of the mast or guide beams. This design allows access to three sides of the platform for loading and unloading. Cantilever VRCs may require masts to be tied in to the building structure at the upper level and/or at intermediate levels to prevent platform sway.
- Lifts loads up to 4,000 pounds, with carriage sizes up to 6 x 6' and vertical rise up to 15'
- Standard travel speed is 17 feet per minute. (25 FPM available on special order). Carriage is lifted and lowered by dual 2" direct-acting hydraulic cylinders mounted between 6" guide columns
- Guided Dual-Pak design is direct action and has no cables, chains, bearings or other components that can break or require lubrication for a long-term performance.
- Pressure switch prevents the carriage from drifting or sinking to ensure smoother, safer loading and unloading operations. Velocity fuses prevent uncontrolled descent in the event of hose rupture.
