What belt works best for your application?

The belts listed in this section are used on powered conveyors with a belted conveying surface. This includes, slider beds, roller beds and incline/decline units. Some of the belt listed are used to drive power driven live roller conveyors. Other option are available - this should be considered the "basic" conveyor belting options list. Standard belt types (many others available)

Ultimate 140 BOS (Nitrile Impregnated, Brushed One Side)

Standard on most horizontal slider bed and roller bed conveyors for general purpose package handling. Oil resistant, quieter, less roller build up, and withstands higher temperatures.

Ultimate 140 SD (Nitrile Impregnated, Thin Polyurethane Top)

Standard on 190-ABA, 190-ABEZ, 190-LR. High co-efficient of friction against rollers to improve driving capacity. More oil resistant, quieter, less roller build up, and withstand higher temperatures.

Black Trackmate 533 COS-PVC (PVC Cover One Side)

Good for applications where belt tracking may be difficult. Good resistance against abrasion and abuse.

White Polymate 100 RMP-COS (Thermoplastic Cover One Side)

Good oil, fat and grease resistance. Easily cleaned. May be used in general food applications such as canning or packing lines. Meets FDA requirements and USDA acceptance.

Black Trackmate 120 Roughtop W/PVC Cover

Standard on most incline and decline conveyors. PVC Impression on top surface for additional gripping properties.

Brown Polymate Roughtop W/Nitrile Cover

Used on inclines and decline when or moving products that are oily or greasy. Impression on top surface for additional gripping capability.

Tan Glide Top (Bare Nylon Top, Friction Bottom)

Ideal for applications where diverting products on and off the conveyor is required. Nylon top provides a low friction, abrasive resistant surface.
