Increase picking efficiency by automating the selection of SKUs to be picked. With a multiple SKU dispenser, you can integrate the unit with your existing pick management system and tell it when to dispense product into passing containers on the conveyor line.
A plug-and-play solution right out of the box, the dispenser needs only to be unpacked, rolled over to your conveyor, plugged into electrical power and connected to your network. The system controls trigger the dispenser to eject specific SKUs in the correct quantity automatically, making the pick process quicker and more efficient.
There are 16 potential channels for SKUs to be loaded into for each dispenser, and you can network up to 3 additional dispensers per starter unit. The starter unit has controls that also manage the networked dispensers, so you don't have to have a lot of software and hardware to run the system.
In addition to scalability, these dispensers are extremely flexible. Simply roll them into place alongside your conveyor line and integrate them with carousels, WMS, pick-to-light, and traditional A-frames, as well as manual picking.
