ZoneSafe Asset Protection System

This system works by integrating the same technology found in ZoneSafe Transponder Tags into a high visibility traffic cone. These cones can be placed around valuable equipment, in-plant buildings, or practically anywhere you want to alert drivers telling them they don't belong.

You can place a single cone near a smaller piece of equipment to create a configurable detection zone 3-9 meters around the object. For large equipment, you can place a number of cones around the perimeter to create a much larger field. When a forklift equipped with a ZoneSafe antenna and control unit passes into the field near the equipment, an audio and visual alarm tells the driver they have entered the restricted space. The driver can then take precautions to avoid a collision with the asset you're trying to protect.

Large Equipment Protection

• Detection cones are placed around parts of the airplane needing protection
• Control units and antennas are outfitted on vehicles that may come in contact
• When vehicles come within range of a detection cone, the alarms will sound inside the vehicles alerting the drivers that they are too close to the engine or nose of the plane
