With an impressively slim frame height of only 1.95", AS40 conveyors from QC Industries can work in the tightest spaces. The low profile is particularly useful when you wish to integrate your conveyor into an automated process with other machinery, since it fits more easily into limited spaces. The AS40 is also fast enough to keep up with a variety of equipment and systems in high-speed automation applications; it's capable of speeds up to 400 FPM.

Built for the long term:

AS40 conveyors are constructed with single piece aluminum box frames, or rigid aluminum/steel frames for conveyors over 12" wide. These frames resist deflection to help keep your conveyor operational year in and year out. The conveyors also feature extended-life sealed 35mm ball bearings for high performance. This quality construction ensures long service life in critical applications. In fact, QC's conveyors are so reliable that they back them up with a 10-year warranty.

Tension release tail

Reduced, simplified maintenance:

Crowned drive pulleys help ensure belt tracking without the need for frequent adjustments. Pushbutton tension release tails relieve belt tension for speedy cleaning; after service the tail easily locks back into place with no need to reset tension or tracking — a valuable time savings.

Versatile for your evolving needs:

There are more than 50 belt types for virtually any need, including heat resistant, high friction, static conductive, anti-microbial, cleated, and more. The AS40 also supports v-guide belts, which keep the belt centered when side loading or reversing. Optional nosebar tails aid in small part transfer applications by reducing the gap between pulleys. Drive configurations include inline side drive, top drive, or — for maximum flexibility — a rotating end drive that can be adjusted to clear obstacles as changes in application require.
