Tine covers and caps reduce product damage and increase worker safety
GenieGrips(c) is an Australian manufacturer of forklift safety accessories. Their products include anti-slip tine covers that stop objects from sliding off the forklift and endangering nearby workers, as well as tine caps and bumpers that prevent damage to products and packaging caused by contact with bare tines. They save the costs — in both time and money — of having to repackage, refinish, or dispose of damaged goods.

These treaded rubber mats cover the full length of a forklift's tines. With six times the gripping strength of bare metal, they help keep loads from sliding off during transport. They also prevent the tine ends from ripping packaging or scratching finished goods. 4", 5", and 6" widths.
Steel-reinforced rubber fork caps blunt the sharp ends of metal forklift tines so they don't gouge products or puncture containers. They are a simple way to reduce time-consuming rework and costly product loss. Sized for 4" or 5" wide forks.
Rubber bumpers absorb the impact from loads hitting the back portion of the forklift tines during loading and transport. They also guard products from scrapes and other damage due to contact with bare metal tines. Often used in addition to fork caps or anti-slip covers. 4", 5", or 6" wide.
Anti-slip rubber tine pads adhere to the tops of forklift tines to increase load stability during handling and reduce product damage due to contact with the bare metal forks. Pads are 4"W x 45"L but can be cut to size and installed side-by-side or end-to-end as needed. Sold in cartons of eight.
Forward perspective mirrors are a smart solution for improving forklift safety. They allow the forklift operator to view the tines for more accurate fork placement and better obstacle avoidance during transport. Plus, mirrors require no batteries or wiring, so they're always "on" and able to deliver visual information in real time.
