This RapidWire post is 2" square x 8' 5-1/4" high and is constructed of 14-gauge steel with welded base plates and pilot holes. It has a standard hole layout that allows for a 3-1/4" sweep space and also projects 2" above the top of the attached panel. Also included are the 3/8" floor anchors.

Footplates: Standard footplates are 2" x 7". They extend outside the post by 2½" per post position depending on footplate orientation. If you are in a seismic zone, or your floor is not smooth or even, a larger footplate may be required.

uneven, or a surface that cannot hold anchors, contact us. Partitions can be
installed on most any floor that can bear their weight, but there may be
considerations with various floor surfaces.
