Impact Door - Insulated Foam Core, 8'6" x 4', Bi-Parting Panel

This door is constructed without the use of wood, glue, adhesives or rivets. Rigid PVC sub-frames are ultrasonically welded to 1/8" ABS facings. Internal closed cell foam insulation provides an R-value of 13, giving this door excellent qualities for food processing plants, pharmaceutical and medical facilities where temperature is critical.

Each door panel features a fully replaceable perimeter seal with leading edge seals extruded from USDA and FDA approved Neoprene material. This assures a durable, tight sealing door that is energy saving as well.

Dual pane windows come standard on this door. Windows are 2 layers of 1/8" clear polycarbonate sealed together in an ABS frame, providing long-life and durability. If wash-down capabilities are desired, please request single pane windows when you order.

The EZ hinge system gives this door its tremendous functionality. It easily swings open with very little effort needed, aiding traffic flow greatly and enhancing productivity.

Its "offset pivot" allows smooth operation in two directions, swinging open to a full 125 degree angle in either direction. This wide angle of swing assures traffic has good clearance as it goes through the door.
