It delivers an unbeatable price vs. quality ratio. Built to last with heavy 16-gage, 2" Square tube legs with high quality paint finish, it has a load capacity of 1,000 pounds. It can accept a broad variety of accessories and add-on storage, tools, or productivity equipment. T-Mold protection around the perimeter of its plastic laminate tops makes it an excellent ergonomic bench that protects operators.

work bench accessory uprights

Accessory Uprights allow you to access the most useful, usable space available - in front of the workbench, elevated above waist height. Accessories such as lighting, power strips, bin rails, & shelves.

  • 72" uprights provide 60" of vertical space. 60" uprights provide 48" of vertical space. 12" of each upright must connect to the workbench frame for stability.

Cantilever shelf for workbenches

Cantilever Shelves add storage capacity to your workstation while increasing productivity by making tools, parts, bins, supplies, and needed instruments easy to reach.

Important: requires accessory upright. Includes the shelf and the supports to attach to accessories upright. Infinitely adjustable for maximum flexibility.

Multiple Shelves: More than one shelf can be installed on your workbench, depending on upright height and other accessories that can take up space on the uprights. We offer single shelves, and packs of 2 & 3. Shelves of either depth (12" or 18") can be mixed on the same workbench.

workbench bin rail

Bin Hanging Rails give you easy-reach access to bins right in front of you, mounted onto accessory uprights. Excellent for storing bins full of hardware, ties, components, labels, etc. Heavy gauge formed steel mounts to upright system for unlimited height adjustment. Utilizes standard hanging bins.

More than one bin rail can be installed on any workbench, depending on load, upright heights, and other mounted accessories. We offer a single rail, and packs of 2 & 3 (mix these to add up to 6 to an order). A typical system cannot hold more than 5 bin rails, depending on other accessories utilized. For very heavy loads, contact us for assistance. The number of bins stored depends on the size of bin utilized. See "Accessories" tab for selected bins. Rail can accommodate any size hanging bin. If you are utilizing bins you already have, contact us to ensure compatibility.

modular drawers for workstations

Modular Drawers install beneath the work surface and feature rounded T-mold corners to match top to soften knee bumps. Easy configuration - use one drawer or stack them as needed. Durable steel body with smooth drawer action on roller bearings. Requires one mounting kit per drawer stack.

  • Drawers are 15"W x 19-1⁄4"D - choose 6" or 12" height (or mix & match)
  • Drawer faces are finished in attractive white.
  • Drawers can be mounted onto the workbench in vertical "stacks" combining either size of drawer, utilizing a single mounting kit.
  • Drawers can also be installed side by side along the underside of the workstation, up to the width of the station. Typically, a 60" wide bench can accommodate 3 drawers wide, and a 72" can accommodate 4. Each drawer in such configurations must have its own mounting kit.

power strip

Power strip brings easy access to power to your workbench top. Includes 12 outlets, on/off switch, on-indicator light, resettable circuit breaker, and 6' cord. It mounts to electrical supply mounting rail (optional, but highly recommended). The rail is fully adjustable on your uprights. It can also mount on the workstation top, frames, etc.

Overhead light for workbenches

Tool Balancers Hold and perfectly balance tools or other items so they feel like they weigh next to nothing, speeding work, reducing errors, and freeing up work surface space.

Perfect for assembly, inspection, and other operations involving power or manual tools used on a frequent basis. Capacity: 5 pounds.

  • Important mounting information. The balancer must be mounted onto a tool suspension frame, which in turn must be mounted onto an overhead light frame, which must be mounted on accessories uprights.
Workbench leg extensions

Leg Extensions allow you to add up to 6" to your overall workbench height for increased operator comfort, ergonomic use, and flexibility to match the height of other workstations or conveyor lines.

  • Formed steel channel sleeves are inserted into each leg

These air fittings easily mount into receptacle at either end of the optional electrical supply mounting rail. Easily accessible, yet keeps worksurface clear of uses when pneumatic tools are used.

Important: must be mounted to electrical mounting rail.

Hardwood workbench top

Solid maple workbench top is durable, attractive, and long-lasting. These work surfaces are 1.750" thick. Both front and rear edges of the surface are eased for worker comfort.

  • Pro-Line's standard (and most popular) work surface is a plastic laminate with "T" mold edges, available in standard and ESD laminate. With radius corners and "T" mold edges, it is durable, economical and worker-friendly
  • Solid maple work surfaces are 1.750" thick and both front and rear edges of the surface are eased for worker comfort
    • Optional (contact us for assistance): For class 100 clean room and below we offer a self edge work surface. These surfaces are finished on all four sides with square edges that match the work surface. For added clean room protection we can laminate the bottom of our self edge work surfaces and our rolled front edge surfaces
    • Optional (contact us for assistance): Stainless steel 16-gage 304 2B finish surfaces are 1.5" thick. Both front and rear have an eased edge, with square side edges
    • Optional (contact us for assistance): Chem-Guard, Epoxy Resin and H.D.P.E. work surfaces, each offering significant utility for biochemical and general laboratory tasks.
