Gravity flow reduces worker travel time even as it increases product flow from storage to assembly line-side operations, as well as first-in/first-out order fulfillment applications. An excellent way to convert storage rack into gravity flow rack - simply add carton flow shelves by attaching to side holes on rack uprights to create or supplement order fulfillment zones.

Load your cartons easily and quickly through the replenishment side of the rack.
Measuring 96" wide and 52" deep, this steel gravity carton flow can handle up to 1200 lbs. total capacity while providing all the support needed for creating a single gravity carton flow level. Allows positioning of roller tracks and guides in 0.18" increments for precisely configuring to container and carton sizes per flow lane. Easily adjusts for various tilt ranges. Increases production line organization and product storage density, raising productivity levels and removing frustration of having to constantly retrieve parts and product. 
Installation is Simple
Attach to Rear Beam:
Snap connecting clip into position on the rear beam rail, pick up one section of roller track and insert end of track into large opening on clip until end of roller track fits against rear beam face.
Attach to Front Beam:
Slide or snap fit one connecting clip onto remaining end of roller track with open clip slot facing beam. Bring track into position on front beam of frame. Press clip onto beam rail, pushing until clip snaps into position and is against beam face. Roller track positions may now be adjusted as needed by disengaging clips on either end of track and repositioning.
Guide Rail Installation:
Attach guide rails to flow bed frame in similar manner as roller track, using one section of guide rail and a connecting clip on each end.
