Flow cartons, totes, components, boxes and more large enough to flow on skatewheel conveyor. Mix and match loads as needed, no matter what they are, so long as they meet the capacity rating and can be supported by the minimum of at least 9 total wheels. This flexibility allows you to use, re-task, and change flow as your processes and inventory does. The top most beams hold up to four (4) pallets for storage. This starter pallet rack and skatewheel gravity feed system has 3 levels and a live load capacity of 38 lbs. per square foot of track. Each 8-ft wide level has 4 sections of flow track that is 8-ft deep.

Skatewheel gravity conveyor tracks provide exceptional flow capability when combined with pallet rack. Sturdy steel construction offers greater capacity and handling ease. Able to withstand heavy loads and rugged use. Easy to set up with drop-in tracks and bolt-on hangers that assemble to tracks rather than to beams. Track front uses beam height as flow stop. Works with any step beam type with a minimum of 3"H for rear beam and 4"H for front beam. Object being conveyed on flow rack must be large enough to cover at least 9 wheels at any given time. Anything smaller will not flow smoothly on tracks. Recommended drop rate is 1/2" per foot of depth.
