An automated palletizing system that handles up to four different case sizes and weights at the same time. For corrugated cardboard box cases, this system consistently picks and places cases into the programmed pallet configurations, picks and places slip sheets between layers and pulls a new pallet from an adjacent pallet stack location to start a new pallet upon completion of a full pallet.
Upon completion of a load, the pallet is conveyed outside the robot area. System is customizable.
