1-Cup Vacuum Device with Tilt

With the Ingersoll Rand ZV1ST 1-Cup Vacuum Handling Device with Tilt, minimal effort is required for one person to lift and place flat, non-porous parts weighing up to 100 lb (45 kg). Note: Vacuum cups require a flat, non-porous surface. A 90 degree, powered tilt allows lateral placement and rotation for ease in changing the angle plane object is being handled at. Once the vacuum cups are fully engaged, a safety interlock, indicated by an air gauge and a green signal, prevents the accidental release of the load. Material quality is protected with positive secure gripping and pickup/setdown for enhanced product protection. Designed to the ASME B30.20 specification for Below-the-Hook Lifting Devices. Ergonomic design uses the same comfortable grip control handle as the popular ZA Series Balancers. Single-handed, intuitive controls for up/down movement as well as vacuum on/off. Excellent for sheet metal, glass, plastics, Formica and other materials. Not recommended for corrugated cardboard, wood, oily surfaces, or Porous materials.
