Fitting standard and custom rack systems, this safety gate has opposing gates that help prevent workers from falling off the edge at elevated loading points. When the gate at the edge is open to allow loading/unloading, the inner gate closes off worker access. Once loading/unloading is complete, workers lift the inner gate and the edge gate smoothly closes, allowing access to goods. Gate system bolts to existing pallet rack uprights and is easy to install. This gate measures 126"W x 60"D x 106"H, and has a pallet capacity of 2 wide, 1 deep based on standard 48"x48" pallets. Custom sizes available upon request.

Protect workers at elevated heights from the risk of falls at the edge with a rolling gate safety system that assures access to the elevated edge is limited when transferring material loads. A chain and roller track system allows the gate to move smoothly and provides heavy duty strength for long service life.
Gates are set such that when one gate is open the other is closed, providing a safe work zone at elevated loading points. As one gate moves, the other moves in the opposite direction, never allowing open edge access.
Models includes sizes for double pallet widths and double pallet depths as well as single widths and depths. Custom sizes are available.
