The Boom - ZRS2 Steel

• Hot formed from 9-gauge A569 hot-rolled steel

• Rail is spot welded with automated welder for maximum strength
• Powder coated paint for durable, smooth, and corrosive free surface
• Boom rotates easily with less than 1% rolling resistance, even when loaded
• Bolted together; no welding required
• Low maintenance rail  requires no lubrication
• Meets or exceeds all national and international standards
• Certified by the Monorail Manufacturers Association to meet or exceed ANSI MH27.2 monorails and under-hung carriers
