Column mounted swing arms mount to existing support columns and allow up to 180 degrees of rotation for greater worker mobility. The twenty foot swing arm and fully enclosed dual tracks, allow for the workers to move freely while keeping the tie-off point directly overhead to help reduce swing fall hazards. Mounting brackets are spaced 6 feet apart and will support up to 10,700 lbs. of thrust or pull force. The specially designed anchor trolley allows for movement up and down the track, but in the event of a fall when at least 80 lbs. of force is applied, the hardened alloy steel cones engage and act as a hands-free braking system virtually eliminating post-fall drift and increasing the chances for self-rescue.
This product meets or exceeds OSHA requirements 1910 and 1926 as well as ANSI Z359 regulations when used properly.

Self Retracting Lanyards (required)

Self Retracting Lanyards are durable, yet lightweight to connect worker-worn harnesses to a fixed tie off point to help prevent injury in case of a fall while working at height. The galvanized tie-off cable unwinds and retracts as the worker moves, but if the worker falls the abrupt pull on the lanyard engages the slip-braking and will arrest the fall.

Fall Protection Harness (optional)

Full-body fall protection harnesses with a maximum capacity of 310 pounds help to keep workers safe in the event of a fall from height. Quick connect buckles allow for the straps of the harness to be fastened and adjusted easily for the best possible fit for the chest and legs, while the waistband strap utilizes a grommeted strap for a more secure fit. A single D-ring on the back of the harness attaches to a fall protection lanyard to arrest the fall.
