Bare forklift tines are sharp and can scratch finished products, tear apart packaging, even puncture drums and bulk containers. These tine caps blunt the ends of the tines, reducing product damage and the need for expensive rework. Cap construction is steel reinforced compound rubber, which is non-marking and maintains its integrity in extreme temperatures down to -40° and up to 230°F. The caps are suitable for 5" wide tines, and they are easy to install; just slide them onto the tine ends and tighten a few screws. Pair with fork back bumpers for superior product protection.

Key Things to Know When Ordering

Caps are manufactured smaller than the width of the tine to ensure a proper grip.
Make sure to keep caps clean and free of grease, oil or other substances
During use, forklift drivers will need to enter the pallet at a 90° angle and make sure to leave clearance around the tine so that the cap doesn't snag, stretch or come off.
