Ergonomically designed, this pivot mezzanine safety gate requires very little effort to lift and lower, yet prevents workers from having access to an open mezzanine edge during load and offload situations. As the gate at the mezzanine edge is raised, the mezzanine floor gate lowers, closing off access to the open edge. Once materials have been moved by lift machinery working at the edge, workers may raise the floor level gate, lowering the edge gate, and have safe access to the loading zone again. This model is single pallet width.
