This workstation system allows tops and accessories to be supported off both sides for maximum flexibility. Configure to your exact specification, with varying top sizes, surfaces, and accessories such as bins, bin holders, cantilever shelves, lighting systems, and more. The Basic workstation and frame bolt together to keep freight cost down and to minimize storage space when not in use. Single sided station is designed for one user on one side. It comes with frame, two top supports, two horizontal leg supports, and its work surface. The accessory uprights are included in the base station and the work surface adjusts from 30" to 36" high on 1" increments. From floor to top of frame is 65" high. Many customizations are available - if you don't see what you need, contact us. Starter stations are complete and freestanding, while adders share a top support and horizontal leg.

cantilever shelf for basic workbench

Cantilever shelf allows quick easy access to manuals, tools, bins, boxes, parts, or components used in everyday work. It bolts easily to your workbench accessory frame, and can easily be adjusted to fit your application. More than one shelf can be ordered - contact us for assistance.

lighting system

Overhead dual-bulb light and frame - (Bulbs not included). Installs easily to illuminate your workbench.

disconnect

These air fittings easily mount into receptacle at either end of the optional electrical supply mounting rail. Easily accessible, yet keeps worksurface clear of uses when pneumatic tools are used.

Important: must be mounted to electrical mounting rail.

power strip

Power strip brings easy access to power to your workbench top. Includes 12 outlets, on/off switch, on-indicator light, resettable circuit breaker, and 6' cord. It mounts to electrical supply mounting rail (optional, but highly recommended). The rail is fully adjustable on your uprights. It can also mount on the workstation top, frames, etc.

Custom applications can be requested that are punched and wired directly to the workstation. Contact us for details.

  • Other available surfaces include: 1.750" thick solid maple, 1.5" thick, 16-gauge stainless steel, Chem-Guard, Epoxy Resin, and H.D.P.E. Each type offers significant utility for biochemical and general laboratory tasks
