For each visitor to our website, our web server automatically recognizes the consumer's domain name.

However, transmissions protected by industry standard security technology and implemented by human beings cannot be made absolutely secure. Consequently, CEI shall not be liable for unauthorized disclosure of personal information due to no fault of CEI’s including, but not limited to, errors in transmission and unauthorized acts of CEI staff and/or third parties.

In order to make a purchase, CEI will request a user to provide certain personal identifying information, which may include: name, postal address, telephone number, e-mail address, method of payment, and, if applicable, credit card number. CEI may request additional information necessary to establish and maintain a customer's account.

If you supply us with your postal address, you may receive periodic mailings from us with information on new products and services or upcoming events.

This privacy notice was last updated on March 11, 2025. CEI reserves the right to update its privacy policy statement at any time. A notice of any material change to this policy will be posted on the CEI Website for thirty (30) days prior to the implementation of such change. Opt-Out Right

A customer or prospective customer has the right at any time to cease permitting personal information to be collected, used, or disclosed by CEI and/or by any third parties with whom CEI has shared and/or transferred such personal information. After processing the cancellation, CEI will delete customer or prospective customer's personal information from its data base.

CCPA Compliance

CEI complies with all applicable privacy laws, including those provided under the California Consumer Privacy Act (the “CCPA”). This section, CCPA Compliance, is applicable to the personal information collected by CEI to the extent the personal information is subject to the CCPA.

Submitting Consumer Requests

California residents may make a personal information request twice in a 12-month period. To make such a request, please write to 2120 Valley View Lane, Dallas, TX 75234. Please note that, to protect your personal information, CEI must collect specific information from you to verify your identity when this request occurs. In accordance with CCPA, we may not respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify ‎your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to ‎you. CEI will respond to your request within 45 days of receipt. CEI reserves its right not to respond to requests submitted other than to the address specified in this paragraph.
