Cisco-Eagle technicians dig into the details of your VLM and check everything in detail. We dive into the details and document what we find, then suggest any necessary repairs, replacements or updates. This inspection encompasses 23 total checkpoints aside from general operational checks. When we're finished, you can have confidence in your VLM's reliability.

Lean-Lift Preventive Maintenance - Mechanical

Mechanical system checks include the basics—things like signs (safety or operational) and listening for telltale running sounds. We test run the unit to ensure it's in serviceable condition and being used to spec. We check the chain links at various locations, look at connecting shafts, lube the gear motor if it needs it, and work on the doors and extractors.

Electrical checks are extensive. We ensure the labels of all conductors and terminals are present and correct. We look at the power supply and do a function check. We'll get into the control system, emergency command devices and access point safety.
