We collaborate with you on electrical drawings, panel layout details, scope of need and project requirements. Our engineering team reviews the project for UL requirements and NEC expectations. As part of this review, we make sure that components and ratings called out on the drawings will work for the application (e.g., protective device sizing) and flag issues early.

The clarification loop guarantees consistent design and production

We compile questions and discrepancies and work directly with your engineering team to resolve them before the first part is ordered. This helps prevent rework and surprises. We confirm the final build scope, any standardization opportunities for repeat builds and the inspection/test expectations. We order components based on availability and lead time. If a specified part is long-lead or constrained, we can propose equivalent substitutes. You maintain approval for any changes or substitution.

Our UL-certified shop builds the enclosure and internal layout, installs components and completes wiring to the approved drawings and standards.

Testing, QA, labeling and documentation

We finalize labels/nameplates as required and assemble deliverables (drawing redlines, test/inspection notes and build records as applicable to the job). Each panel is powered up and electrically tested prior to shipment. Panels are packed and shipped to the OEM, and we capture lessons learned so repeat orders can be built faster and more consistently.
