X-PTS shuttle-based systems for storage density and flexibility
The X-PTS series allows you to incorporate goods-to-person storage using containers or totes. These systems use a combination of shuttles and lifts within the storage framework to accomplish high speeds and throughput, and a segmented design means you don't have to shut down the entire system for maintenance.- Achieve up to 1100 infeeds and outfeeds per hour
- Heights can reach up to 65 feet for high density and small footprint
- Load sizes range from 10.4" x 10.4" to 32.3" x 24.4"
- Stored load capacity is up to approximately 120 pounds
What can you create with X-PTS?
X-PTS systems are highly configurable to fit for a variety of warehouse applications. You can include picking stations, for example, to create an ergonomic goods-to-person order picking operation. You can also specify the system to send cartons to a buffer area for robotic palletizing. These models can be designed for environments like cold storage, and they're often scalable, so you can adapt to future growth.
Haipick
The Haipick series uses mobile robots to autonomously navigate, unload and load from a storage system, holding up to eight loads at a time. This series fits right into a goods-to-person order picking operation and can be scaled easily by adding more storage or more robots. Using autonomous navigation, robots prioritize the shortest path between products and workstations, and operate with minimal energy consumption.
