Quote and proposal requests
- Many products can be quoted same-day, but some are more complex and require collaboration with you and others to fulfill. We may come back to you with more detailed questions about your facility, application and needs.
- Systems, larger projects, customizations, specification help, and more complex equipment require time to prepare a complete quotation or product specification.
- We're happy to work with you on a site visit if needed, and will reach out to arrange it.
- Once we have your request, we'll assign it and provide you with a timeframe. Depending on the application, that can be a couple of days, a week, or even longer for complex situations.
We will always contact you within one business day no matter the situation.
