Modular Wire Tenant Storage Lockers
Secure bulk storage for apartment & condo residents' belongings
Get QuoteStorage space is often scarce in multi-family buildings, so providing extra storage options can really help your property stand apart. Modular wire lockers quickly convert open space into lockable compartments that can be offered as an attractive amenity or rented out for additional revenue. They can also be used in commercial applications such as parking garages.
- Construction is sturdy and secure. Welded 2" x 2" wire mesh hinders theft while permitting visibility and ventilation. Lockable with user supplied padlock.
- Installation is simple. Doors are pre-hung with hinges welded in place to save time, and only 4 bolts are needed to connect a door panel to a wall panel. Assembly and mounting hardware included.
- Choose size and style. Mix and match single and double tier lockers as desired. Install starters as individual units or attach adders to a starter to create a row. Select a ceiling panel for added security.

With so many lockers to choose from, it's easy to get the right configuration for your property
Single tier locker style includes one full-height, walk-in compartment with lockable swinging door. Double tier has a steel shelf that divides it into two half-height compartments, each with its own door and padlock hasp.
Starters include two walls and a door panel; these can be installed as standalone units or used to start a row of lockers. Adders include one wall and a door panel; attach one or more to a starter.
Ceiling panels are optional. If the locker is more than 6" below the room's ceiling, you may prefer a locker with a wire mesh top panel for additional security.
Note that lockers do not include backs as they are typically installed against a wall, but back panels are available if installing lockers back-to-back or otherwise away from the wall.
Welded wire mesh construction provides some flexibility for your layout, as the panels may be modified in the field to clear obstructions (pipes, ductwork) without undermining the locker's structural integrity.
