ProSort 1400 High Speed Sortation Conveyors

The 1400 models are a line of sliding shoe sorters that offer higher speeds and accommodate larger products. Like other sliding shoe conveyors, they carry products along a line of aluminum slats. When a product reaches the needed divert point, a series of sliding shoes shift from one side to another to gently push the product onto the takeaway line. A breakaway shoe design keeps small issues from becoming production-stoppers, making repair easier and minimizing downtime.

Models

Conveyors with 22° divert angles allow for higher speeds. Choose 30° models when speed is less important than closer divert centers.
