Features

Structural steel frame, wheel guards and channels allow the conveyor to stand up to bumps with forklifts, pallet jacks and other structures.
Heavy-duty rollers permit a capacity of 50 pounds per linear foot and a live load capacity of 3,000 pounds.
Rollers are set low, which means the frame functions as integrated side rails to keep products from falling off the conveyor.
Powered extension is easier to operate and safer than manual pulling.
A safety bumper at the front stops the extension on contact with an obstacle, protecting people and product.
A steering arm allows for 3° of rotation to the left or right, allowing the operator to avoid colliding with trailer walls when drivers pull up at a slight angle.
An optional herringbone transition centers the load as it transfers onto the loader.
An optional fan and light improves worker comfort and visibility.
