Tubular Structural Pallet Rack

Sometimes you need a pallet racking system that stands up not only to forklift impacts, but also to more rigorous environments. If you're working in a seismic area, or if your project requires very high uprights—such as for a rack-supported structure or an AS/RS system—you need higher capacities and durability. The SK4000 series of tubular structural rack uses bolted beams and fully welded steel on both horizontal and diagonal bracing to achieve a frame capacity of over 70,000 pounds, more than twice that of conventional rack.

Is tubular structural rack right for your operation?

These features set the SK4000 series apart:

• You can specify a sanitary model featuring diamond-profile bracing, with holes for attachment included only where the beams sit; this minimizes flat surfaces or gaps where germs might collect. A bacteria-resistant finish is also available.
• It's durable enough for rack-supported mezzanines and buildings, seismic zones and heavy die and paper roll storage.
• It's appropriate for AS/RS systems, which require a lot of rigidity to maintain a precise opening so that the system can work correctly.
• A powder coat finish resists forklift impacts better than typical enamel paints. A galvanized finish is also available.
