Measuring for bollard sleeves
When measuring your bollards, keep in mind that most sleeves are measured to the "witness line" - the point where the sleeve begins to round into the domed part of the sleeve. The reason for this is that many bollards are made with unfinished flat tops. So, when you measure the height of your bollard, measure to the "witness line" (where the top of the bollard "domes") for the best fit of the bollard sleeve.

Eliminate maintenance, increase safety, and improve aesthetics with slip-on bollard post sleeves
Protect personnel and machinery with our bumper post sleeves. Constructed of polyethylene, they put an end to rusting, chipping, pitting, discoloration, scraping, sanding, priming and painting. High-strength tape included for quick installation.
Select the wall thickness based on expected wear
Our bollard sleeves are available in two thicknesses. Standard wall sleeves have a 1/8" nominal wall thickness for light to moderate duty situations where frequent bumps and abrasions are not expected. Thick wall sleeves are 1/4" nominal wall thickness for environments where the frequency of bumps and impacts is higher than usual. The added thickness offers longer wear before replacement will be needed due to cuts and abrasions having worn the poly material through.
Attractive dome design
The bumper post sleeve has an attractive dome top design preferred by plant engineers. It slides over an existing guard post to give you all day protection for years while virtually eliminating maintenance -- and it looks great for years to come.
Built to last
The polyethylene thermoplastic mold mixture contains ultraviolet and anti-static additives to help prevent fading. Clean-up is a snap. Once installed, the durable, chemical-resistant sleeves will withstand extremes of heat or cold. You just don't have to worry about them.
