"We install pushers on conveyor to transfer loads 90 degrees to another conveyor line during sortation—either parallel or perpendicular depending on application. Pushers can also divert products to workstations, chutes or other functional areas. Sorters can be mounted either on the side or above most conveyors. Call or click the green button; we'll help you identify the right pusher for your conveyor and application. "

Light-duty pushers mount to the side of a broad variety of conveyor models and types. It's an economical way to push lighter products off at right angles for product flow. These pushers are frequently used in reject or inspection applications where higher throughput isn't needed. These pushers are not designed to work in higher cycle operations.
The high-speed push off device provides fast, automatic product diversion. It lets you divert your loads 90 degrees onto another conveyor, chute, ball transfer or other area. Special two-valve pneumatic control system provides smoother operation at speeds up to 45 cycles per minute. Cycle time varies with weight of product and stroke.
The Overhead Push-Off diverts products at high speeds. Product may be diverted 90 degrees onto another conveyor, chute, etc. for work in process, sorting and other applications. Ideal to change a load from one lane to another in parallel lines. Overhead design conserves space next to conveyor.
